Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
A phone call or meet up conversation is the best way to make sure we are able to capture the photos you are interested in capturing. Lets chat about your ideas and bring them to life!
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Each session has their own usage rights explained in the contract. In most cases images can be used on social media and for personal promotion. Any commercial use must be negotiated in separate terms.
Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire event?
Sessions have predetermined rates, but if you have a special event that doesn't quite fit the mold, let's take about deliverables and expectations for your project.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Mileage fees apply if necessary travel by car exceeds 2 hours (120 miles). -$50 each additional 50 miles. Additional travel expenses will have to be negotiated on a case by case basis.
